Common questions

What ages can join?

The workshop welcomes children aged 7 to 13, with up to six little learners per session. Younger children cannot be accepted, as this is an educational workshop.

Do parents stay during the session?

You are welcome to drop off your child or stay nearby around the boutique. We prefer to keep the room an open, safe space for the children, without too many adults around.

What should my child bring?

Nothing at all. All materials are provided, and fresh juice and healthy nibbles are served.

What language is the workshop in?

The session is conducted in English.

My child has sensitive skin. Is it safe?

We work with botanical dyes. Tell us about any sensitivities, such as mineral salts, baking soda, vinegar or citric acid, or flower pollen, in the registration form.

Registration and cancellation policy
  • Your participation is confirmed once a payment has been secured with us. Reach out for other payment plans.
  • We advise registering 7 to 10 days before the event date. Registration closes 48 hours before the event.
  • You can cancel your seat and be refunded in full up to 72 hours before the event date. Changes after that carry cancellation fees.
  • A change of date or change of person must be communicated 3 days or 1 day before the event date, respectively.
  • If the host cancels, you are refunded or discounted in full.
  • If a workshop is rescheduled or cancelled by the host, our team will contact you in person.
  • One promotion per person per event. Mention it in the questions field to redeem.
